Let us start the year with the flu… again

Finally, I’m feeling a bit better. At least I could start on the comic again. I hate the flu. Every year in January it seems that the flu is out to get me. This year was particularly  nasty. I was really sick and it took over a week to feel better. I’m still not completely back to normal. But it’ll do.

To be really honest, partly it was my own fault this year… I really, really couldn’t find the time to call in sick to work; There was so much to do, there were a couple of not to delay deadlines and due to circumstances I was the only one who could perform specific tasks at work. And my body made me pay for not resting a bit.

Next year I hope the flu will spare me; this year I had enough for two years!
