I like the difference of lightening between panel 3 and 4 as Strabo was walking under the street light in the 3rd one. It gives a nice city atmosphere. 4th panel is bit too dark IMO for a city street but the display is still awesome !
I agree on the street being to dark in the last panel. In similar situation in future I will use more light (I guess I was too lazy to get out the streetlight in episode 76 and I didn’t want to break continuity in this episode)
